This spring term brings more monthly classes with LHEL and other such community happenings (details below), of which Sadler's Wells East are hosting free lunchtime dance sessions: Flamenco, Indian Contemporary & Bollywood AND Lindy Hop, woohoo 🥳 with the fabulicious Korantema www.korantema.com.  If you work or live in the area, pop by with ya sanga 🥪 or poke bowl 🍲 and join in the fun.

At LHEL, we'll be focusing on The Big Apple, as seen in the 1939 film, Keep Punching It's not for beginners, I'm afraid (keep an eye on the website or join Korantema on Fridays in E20), but...if you're up for a challenge and want to hang out, come join us tonight.

Aaaaaand we're back.....!!!!  Buzz and come up! BBC at 7pm, General level at 8pm.  If you're new to Lindy Hop and Vernacular Jazz but you have other dance experience, take the beginners and see how you go from there.   Here's something we did earlier LHEL on YouTube.

Monday 25th November 2024
There will be NO class on this Monday.  Back on the 2nd December with a tribute to Ms Norma Adele Miller, whose birthday occurs on this day.  We will be dancing her routine "The Queen Swings Basie", which is version of The Trickeration. Check out the routine here.  You will see Ms Norma sitting in the front row enjoying watching her students rendition of her choreography.

HOLLERRRR!!!! New for classes! Responding to demand, LHEL has extended the BBC session to a full-on one hour class.  Be sure to sign up for 6 weeks to get the basics in ya bones - anything less ain't gonna cut it :-). Email info@cookiesjam.com for more info.
